ARC Industries, Inc.(”ARC”), founded in 1999 is a family office in Charlotte, NC specializing in succession planning transactions with companies valued between $1m and $10m. We have completed 19 acquisitions. Typically, companies are owner / operated. We will then choose an operating partner (either new to the company or from within existing management) who will become the daily manager (President) and will oversee all aspects of the business. The new President will have significant ownership and will have demonstrated a desire to own the company for years to come.
