Windcrofte Capital co-invests the equity of the firm with its base of high net worth and institutional equity investors in large scale development projects in natural resources (oil and gas), agriculture (fertilizers), environmental (bio solid water waste recycling), commercial and residential real estate, and casinos and gaming. In addition, the firm supports these projects and protects its equity investments by providing a range of third party professional services in development, construction management, operations, and facilities management. Equity investments are generally $50MM - $250MM. The firm seeks leveraged investment returns greater than 20% annually over 5-10 year investment horizon.
