I am the Managing Member of a newly formed acquisition LLC focused on acquiring a single, profitable, lower-middle-market business and operating it for long-term growth.
I bring senior executive leadership experience as a CEO of a global organization, with a track record of building teams, managing complex operations, and stewarding organizations through periods of growth and change. My background includes strategy, governance, and capital stewardship across nonprofit, public, and private-sector partnerships.
Our acquisition strategy targets established, owner-operated businesses with strong cash flow, recurring customers, and durable fundamentals. We are pursuing a 100% acquisition via an SBA-backed transaction, with the intention that I transition into an active owner-operator role post-close.
We value integrity, continuity, and respect for legacy and are particularly interested in situations where an owner is seeking a thoughtful transition rather than a purely financial exit. We are flexible on structure and open to seller involvement during transition, where helpful.
Our goal is to acquire one platform business, operate it responsibly, and invest for sustainable long-term value creation.
