Valley Forge Stewardship, an independent investment firm backed by committed capital and focused on acquiring and personally operating a single exceptional small business in Southeastern PA. We take a long term, hands on approach to ownership, prioritizing durable companies with strong cash flow, loyal customers, and people first cultures.
My background spans private equity, investment banking, accounting, and private credit. Most recently, I was a Senior Associate at Durare Capital, where I led sourcing, diligence, and transaction financing initiatives. Prior to that, I advised middle-market companies on M&A and private financings at Aramar Capital. Earlier in my career, I worked in accounting at SEI Investments and in credit analysis at TCA Capital.
Valley Forge Stewardship reflects my belief in responsible ownership and long term stewardship of enduring businesses. Outside of work, I enjoy training for ultramarathons and Ironman races, spending time outdoors, and cheering on Philadelphia sports teams.
