Focus on businesses worth between $2M and $10M in the Eastern Canada (Ontario + Maritimes). Looking across a range of industries, including trades, light manufacturing, and professional services. Generally avoid online businesses, hospitality, and retail.
Flexible on terms and structure, and will to work with internal successor candidates, if desired and able.
