Topodium Innovation is established for my equity stake in the acquisition to be funded by Saturn Five. The Denver-based portfolio company was launched five years ago. Today, the group owns 15 middle and lower middle market businesses as well as several younger companies. The group's aim is to provide a legacy-protecting exit to business owners, and a strong, stable return to its investors.
We want to grow quality companies to hold for decades. We want to be known for making a tangible positive impact in the lives of our employees and for delivering predictably attractive financial returns for our investors. In other words, we want our companies to thrive and we want our employees to truly flourish.
I know I will be a welcome addition to the company's management team to complement their existing strengths and to provide resources in areas where they may have been lacking or are needed to further grow the company and enhance its position in its market for the long-term.
