We seek companies generating $1–5 million of EBITDA with durable competitive positions, recurring customer relationships, and strong free cash flow.
Our primary focus is on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure-related service businesses operating in fragmented markets with long-term growth potential. We value businesses with experienced management teams, recurring maintenance or service revenue, and opportunities for operational improvement and strategic growth.
We are flexible in transaction structure and pursue acquisitions through self-funded investments, SBA financing, independent sponsor transactions, family office partnerships, and other customized capital solutions.
