Developed organizational and financial strategies to overcome the consequences of insufficient funding in the construction of the Medical Tower. Contributed to the conciliatory agreement with the bank that provided 2.5 million dollars in long term credit to construct the tower and had foreclosed against the project for early collection of outstanding debt. Successfully sold and rented the properties that had been successfully completed to secure payments under the debt/payment agreement with the bank.
