Together we have been a part of roughly 250 real estate transactions for nearly $40 million. We have roughly 50% equity in our own lending portfolio of roughly $13 million. Our companies are earning well over 20% return on equity at low leverage. We are looking for sellers of great businesses who want to fully or partially exit their business with a demonstrated history of consistent earnings and a great management team (we can’t supply it). We pride ourselves on speed and honesty. We don’t make unsolicited offers (we don’t want to convince you to sell your business).
