I’m an operator with experience driving commercial performance, integration-related efficiencies, and organizational improvement inside scaled businesses. My background is in leading brand, go-to-market, and cross-functional execution across complex organizations, with responsibility for building internal capabilities, improving operating processes, and driving measurable growth outcomes. Earlier in my career, I founded and later sold a small agency, which gave me practical entrepreneurial experience and reinforced my interest in ownership and value creation.
At James Hardie, in a role that spans both my legacy AZEK Co. responsibilities and my current post-acquisition scope, I’ve been involved in initiatives tied to both growth and integration. Since the merger, I’ve helped identify and realize cost synergies by in-housing critical marketing execution work and building more efficient internal capabilities across creative, production, and content. That experience has deepened my interest in independent sponsor transactions, particularly in businesses where commercial improvement, integration execution, and operational discipline can unlock meaningful value.
I’m focused on lower middle market opportunities where companies have solid products, defensible market positions, and clear upside, but are underperforming due to fixable issues in go-to-market strategy, pricing, channel execution, organizational alignment, or post-close integration. I’m especially interested in founder-led businesses, carve-outs, and other situations where hands-on operational and commercial value creation can drive a better outcome.
