About Me
I’m the founder of Rich Hall Group, a Texas-based advisory firm helping owners of privately held companies between $5M and $50M in revenue get ready for and successfully exit their business.
As a Certified Exit Planning Advisor (CEPA) and M&A professional, I combine value growth strategy, transaction execution, and transition planning to bridge the gap between an owner’s current business value and their personal financial goals. My background includes executive leadership roles in privately held and family-owned companies, experience across distribution, manufacturing, and professional services, and deep knowledge of the lower middle market transaction landscape.
I often work with owners several years before a sale to increase transferable value, reduce owner reliance, and prepare for a successful transition — but I also represent select sell-side engagements where I manage the full marketing, buyer outreach, and transaction process.
