• Ouroboros Group has operational expertise over multiple sectors, and a strong recurring investor base of high net-worth individuals, family offices, hedge funds, and private equity firms. Recent (past 6 months) portfolio acquisitions include a regional Union commercial electric contractor in the Northeast.
Investment Criteria
• Revenue: $10-100 million, EBITDA: $0-20 million
• Underserved industries: contract manufacturing, construction, apparel and retail, healthcare
• Prefer to work with existing management
• Geographic focus in Northeast US but open to continental US opportunities
