I currently serve as the Head of Business Development in my company, where I lead strategic initiatives across brand acquisition and market expansion. Over the past four years, I have played a key role in driving the company’s growth through the acquisition of multiple brands and businesses across different countries — including notable transactions involving assets from companies within the Fortune 100 list
My responsibilities span the full spectrum of the M&A process, including due diligence, financial and commercial analysis, and negotiation of acquisition terms. This also extends to capital asset deals, such as factory and land acquisitions to support production or operational expansion.
Additionally, I spearhead our international market entry strategy, leveraging our existing sales infrastructure across Asia, Europe, and Australia to identify and establish new commercial opportunities.
My role is both strategic and executional, focusing on unlocking growth in untapped regions while ensuring the long-term integration and scalability of acquired assets.
