With nearly 20 years of investing and M&A advisory experience, Josh has developed the ability to foresee challenges that small businesses face as they progress along their growth trajectory. He leverages his expertise to optimize capital structures, allocate resources, recruit executives, and establish efficient organizational infrastructures. Josh also possesses a core proficiency in strategic acquisition sourcing, negotiation, and due diligence, allowing him to bring institutional-grade M&A capabilities to small businesses.
