I’m an operator looking to acquire and actively run a service-based business in the $1M to $3M range in the New York City metro area.
My background is in operations, and I’ve spent my career in Tech helping businesses scale, including growing teams and processes through periods of 10x growth. I recently left my corporate role to focus full-time on acquiring and operating a business.
I’m most comfortable stepping into situations where there’s already a foundation in place, then improving systems, process, and execution to drive the next phase of growth.
I’m focused on businesses with repeat customers, a solid local reputation, and opportunities to improve or expand over time. This generally includes areas like home services, facility services, and other skilled trade or service businesses.
I have approximately $250K of personal capital committed and plan to use SBA financing -- with access to additional capital for the right deal. I’m actively evaluating opportunities and prepared to move quickly.
More than anything, I’m looking to take over a business and build on what the owner has created, keeping things running smoothly for customers and employees while growing it over the long term.
