Matson's entire career has been focused on delivering high-quality consulting services across multiple industries - including Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Natural Resources, Public Sector, and Distribution.

Over the last 32 years, Matson has played a number of roles driving both business and technological improvements. These have included leadership roles in Process Re-Engineering, Operating Model Development, Organizational Re-Design, Cost Take-Out, M&A Support, Outsourcing Evaluation and Execution, IT Strategy Development, SAP Technical Architecture Design, and Global Systems Consolidation.
