Matterhorn Energy is a startup E&P company that is actively putting together a lease position in a Tier 1 Haynesville position in East Texas and Louisiana. We intend to drill 1 horizontal well on six years individual prospects that will generate a return on invested capital of 6:1 within 2-3 years.
We have a unique, highly technical team that has worked together at various companies since 2008, with a significant track record of success.
We are looking for investors willing to own direct working interest in the wells we drill and invest a minimum of $10 million in a $50 million total investment for 50% interest in the wells and lease position. Matterhorn and its team will participate for the balance and operate the assets. I have a 40 year career of creating value in the companies I have been associated.
