Liberty Hydro is a water technology and treatment company that helps customers improve the environment and comply with regulatory standards.
We remove dissolved metals from water, using our patented technology, ZVI Blue. Target metals include toxic versions of Chromium, Cadmium, Selenium, Arsenic and Mercury, etc.
The market for removing dissolved metals from water is over $4 Billion.
Customer Applications include coal ash ponds, that need to be dewatered for closure, and landfills that collect leachate and runoff that needs to be treated to remove metals.
Other applications include: refineries, mines, specialty industries and power plants that use wet scrubbers to employ Flue Gas Desulfurization, which takes contaminants from the air and puts them in the water.
These industries need to remove various contaminants and dissolved metals to comply with permits that limit the amount of pollution allowed in a receiving river.
The water treatment needs of electric utilities and other industries are urgent and growing and we are seeking Series B investors to capture this growth.
