Prior to starting Heye House Capital LLC (dba Heye House), Randall served as Executive Director of Operations for a historic 15,000 member, 1.2 million square foot church in downtown Dallas. Overseeing the day-to-day operations, he provided executive leadership to finance & accounting, facilities management, human resources, information technology, and other support ministries. In coordination with its Senior Pastor and Executive Pastor, Randall set strategy, made operational improvements, and enhanced organizational culture leading to recognition as a Dallas Morning News Top 100 Places to Work (2021, 2022, 2023).
Randall also has an extensive background in public administration focusing on local service delivery, economic development, and long-range planning. In his last position as an Assistant City Manager, he was accountable for a portfolio of departments including fire, planning & development services, health services, sanitation, library services, utility billing, information technology, and a municipal airport, while also providing strategic and tactical leadership to capital and other special projects.
With 10+ years in the public sector and 5+ years in the ministry, Randall has decided to finally "chase [his] lion" and pursue entrepreneurship through acquisition. He holds graduate degrees in city & regional planning from the University of Texas at Arlington and public administration from the University of North Texas, and is a proud former student of Texas A&M University, the Corps of Cadets, and its Ross Volunteer Company. Randall is qualified as an accredited investor and enjoys spending time with his wife, son, and twin daughters.
