Grantchester selects strong, EBITDA positive companies, bringing strategy, operations and talent to optimize value creation. We can leverage decades of direct industry knowledge and deep relationships to source targets frequently before they come to market. Grantchester employs a disciplined investment approach to select attractive EBITDA positive companies for our small cap investments. We target business with between $30-200 million of EBITDA for our large cap investments.
A Differentiated and Flexible Model
Not only can we execute and lead our own deals but Grantchester Group’s partnerships with leading Established Capital Partners (ECPs), bring larger investment opportunities to our investors. Our ECPs are established top quartile private equity capital partners. We have agreements in place that allow our investors to access large transactions with those ECPs who can quickly conduct diligence and close those larger transactions. Our deep industry focus, networks, and expertise coupled with the scale and resources of our ECPs brings a terrific combination of strengths to our investors.
