I am focused on:
• Physical therapy / outpatient healthcare clinics (multi-location or manager-run)
• B2B service businesses (HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, infrastructure, or specialty contracting)
Target Criteria:
• $500K–$2M in SDE (open to ~$300K for strong platforms)
• $2M–$5M enterprise value
• Established teams with potential management layer in place
• Recurring or repeat revenue with strong local market position
I am not interested in owner-dependent businesses where the seller is the primary operator or revenue driver.
Background:
