GERYON CAPITAL provides companies with advice on raising capital either through the entry of investors and/or through debt. We work as independent consultants, seeking and introducing businesses to the best specialized investors in each specific economic field. We operate in Portugal, Morocco and Brazil, but do not wish to limit ourselves to these countries only; ours is a global vocation. We work with Investment Banks, Venture Capital Funds, Investment Funds, private and institutional investors from around the world; each one specializes in a geographical area or in specific operations worldwide regarding capital raising services (through investors and/or debt), debt refinancing, financial restructuring and/or Working Capital financing through the purchase of receivables. Our approach is simple: we listen to client´s needs, assess the options, analyze the business and solve the problem. We are fully aware that not all situations can be solved; therefore, we only proceed if we are sure we can help the client. We focus on all sectors of the economy. In recent years we have successfully developed our business, making it a link between companies that need to raise funds in the short, medium and long term and the various institutions that can provide financial resources in the international markets. We have three lines of business: 1. - WORKING CAPITAL Financing: We provide a NON-RECOURSE invoice purchasing service similar to factoring or confirming, but much more accessible: no recourse, no premiums, no joint signatures, no risk analysis, no limits and no stiff commissions, invoice by invoice. 2.- LONG-TERM Financing: We offer to capital raising service to finance our customers' projects. The medium and/or long-term capital raised may be through the entry of new shareholders and/or investors through debt, subordinated and unsubordinated debt, Mezzanine, debt issuance, financial restructuring, among other alternatives. 3.- Mergers and Acquisitions: We offer a business sale service based on our customers' needs.
