As an early stage company we identified the most friction-free way to penetrate the market is by eliminating the upfront infrastructure cost to the community by using investor financing through a Reg-D offering, providing investors a fixed rate of interest, secured by both real estate and subscribers.
Our marketing approach has led to ongoing LOIs in differing stages with over 100 different home owner association communities in South Florida alone. By the end of 2013 we expect to have a minimum of 5 communities under contract with a construction project value of no less than $3 Million USD and total revenues above $13 Million over a 120 month term.
