I am a seasoned physician executive. I have built three healthcare companies in the last 20 years with two successful exits. I have led multi-site multi-state companies with $100M in revenue.
I am seeking to acquire a lower-middle-market healthcare or healthcare-adjacent business where active ownership and operational leadership can create meaningful value.
My focus is on founder-led or under-institutionalized companies, typically in the $5–8M revenue and $1.2–1.6M EBITDA range, particularly those operating in regulated or reimbursement-driven environments. I’m very comfortable with patient-touching businesses and situations where thoughtful leadership, clinical credibility, and disciplined execution materially impact performance. I’m pursuing a control acquisition and can transact using SBA or traditional senior debt with equity, with flexibility to consider partner capital for compelling opportunities.
Geographically, my primary focus is on Florida (excluding the Miami metro area), where I have a strong local network and operating experience, though I’m open to exceptional opportunities outside that footprint.
