DDR and Associates deploys a direct equity fund model, which invests in lower middle market companies in the Intermountain West region. Investments include growth capital investments, partial buy-outs and acquisitions. DDR incorporates its management team into the business. This approach to investing is through a strategy we call "Engineered Corporate Structure." We strive to actively support our portfolio companies and we take an active role in the businesses.

The Operating Partners are not active in day-to-day operations of our portfolio businesses, but oversee the strategic direction and consult with our managers in order to obtain the common goal: the creation of value. To this end, we offer our managers access to a full range of strategic, technical and business advice grounded in a commitment to provide objective, fresh ideas. DDR applies relevant experience and skills to strengthen operations, improve financially and reduce risk.
