I have built, and still own, some pretty large companies in graduation retail, real estate development, construction management and property management. More recently I have started acquiring $1.5 - $4mil cash flowing businesses, partnering with searchers who want to be fully committed long term operators. I have closed 3 deals in the past 6 months in pet treat manufacturing, commercial hot water tank re-lining and express tunnel car washes and would love to buy a lot more. I use only my own money, which I made operating my businesses, and am the sole capital decision maker on all transactions. I also have pretty deep commercial banking relationships and have completed a lot of financings over the years.
