Brones & Company is the independent sponsor platform formed to partner with White Oak Enterprises, a family office with a long-standing commitment to sustainability and direct private equity investing. White Oak has designated Brones & Company as its channel for direct private equity investments and works with us deal by deal.
We are focused on acquiring 3–5 platform businesses over the next several years. We intend to build long-term partnerships and revisit the optimal capital structure, whether permanent capital, a family office fundraise, or an evolved sponsor model. Our shared investment focus includes:
Industry Themes: Sustainability, green tech, decarbonization, and related industrial and business services
EBITDA Range: $2M–$10M
Structure: Control-oriented transactions preferred; partnership deals with aligned family offices considered
Geography: Flexible across North America, with preference for the Northeast and Mountain West
