Founded in 2011, Bighorn Petroleum, Inc. (BPI) is a for-profit Nevada "C" Corporation structured to acquire select revenue driven oil and gas properties in Nevada's burgeoning Chainman Shale. BPI seeks to improve operating metrics via a sustainable drilling program, and execute value accretive acquisitions to meet strategic objectives of increasing production and reserves. Our core strategic plans are to maintain strong liquidity and a conservative balance sheet, demonstrate Chainman Shale oil production and reserve potential, build reserves and production with well planned program of drilling and acquisitions, and implement hedging program to limit commodity price sensitivity. We intend to transition to an operated model , and formulate future development with joint venture partner while leveraging offshore hedge fund structure.
