He currently owns and operates two IT companies, Nalaasha Tech, LLC and Nalashaa Solutions LLC collectively part of Nalashaa Group. He's now on the hunt to acquire his next venture!
Nalaasha Group established in 2012 but its predecessor companies have been providing IT Services since 1997. Clients in the US include Fortune 500 Companies, SMB Enterprises, and federal and State Govt. Agencies.also service clients in Europe and Australia. Nalashaa provides high-quality and cost-effective onsite/offsite SOW based work in all Tech Stacks with an agile workforce of 50+ Employees in the US and 200+ in India. In the US, onsite technical team members are available for IT Staff Augmentation Work and are able to relocate as needed to all 50 US States for a duration of 6 Months and over as required by our Clients. ,
Prior to Nalashaa Group, AJ started his first IT Services Company in 1997 which grew to 15 Mil USD in three years of time and was acquired by CAMO Software in year 2001. AJ was part of Management team of CAMO Group from 2001 thru 2009. During this time he worked on acquisition of Proteans for CAMO Software in 2007.
Privately AJ has invested in his own ventures such as Restaurant (Andhra Bhavan, in NJ, 2000-2003), Retail Stores (AJ Maxx, Think of TJ Maxx for India Market, Bangalore 2003-2005) and Civil Projects (Sagamore Infrastructure, Bangalore 2004-2008). All these ventures are either sold or shut down.
