Our Philosophy: a Principal based Multi-disciplinary approach to Investing Our team has had significant experience in investing as principals in power assets. As such, we understand the mind set of investors. We know what drives value and we understand risks. We are advisors, but we know what it is like to put dollars at risk.
Our team combines individuals from different backgrounds: from the world of engineering and asset operation and from the finance world. The combination of these skills sets allows us to understand and analyze all aspects of a power asset transaction, and to be fluent in managing and negotiating with the many stakeholders and disciplines involved in bringing a power asset transaction to a successful close.
