Ameribrands, a holding company of businesses delivering exceptional value-added solutions to multi-site brands nationwide, announced today the acquisition of Genesis Hotel Services, a well-respected provider of hotel and hospitality property renovation services headquartered in Dallas, Texas.
The addition of Genesis strengthens Ameribrands’ ability to deliver fast, consistent, and large-scale renovation projects across the hospitality sector. With more than 20 years of experience and over 40,000 hotel keys renovated nationwide, Genesis brings specialized expertise in occupied remodels with dedicated crews and a reputation for execution that minimizes disruption for property owners and operators.
The transaction was completed in partnership with investment firm Little River Partners.
