Confluence Healthcare Partners (CHP), a growth equity group focused on the lower middle market healthcare services sector, has partnered with Skyline Investors and Timothy Groth MD PC to form a new physician administrative services organization (ASO). This partnership will provide best-in-class administrative support to pain management practices.
Based in Long Island, NY, Timothy Groth MD PC is a leading interventional pain management practice offering a wide range of services, including epidurals, nerve block injections, spinal cord stimulation, and advanced surgical procedures. Operating across 11 locations, Groth also provides chiropractic care, physical therapy, and medication management.
