Riverine Group has acquired Comfort Zone HVAC, a second-generation family-owned HVAC business providing heating, cooling, ventilation and geothermal heat pump solutions to coastal Rhode Island and Connecticut.
Located in Westerly, RI, Comfort Zone's strong reputation for exceptional service and quality installation is a testament to their work ethic and expertise in HVAC and geothermal system design.
This marks the first acquisition for Riverine Group, a search fund founded in 2024 with the goal of owning and operating a great business in New England.
