Over three decades, the company built a reputation for quality and reliability, serving contractors, developers, and municipalities.
The Acquisition
After 32 years of dedicated ownership, the Barracks sold GeoProducts to 29-year-old entrepreneur Garison Clemens of RSL Capital Partners. This transition marked a new chapter for the company, aiming to infuse fresh energy and vision into its operations. The acquisition was facilitated by Palm View Investments and RSL Capital Partners, with Murphy Business & Financial Corporation serving as the advisor on the deal.
