Private equity firm LongWater Opportunities, based in Dallas, Texas, acquired Fox River Mills, Inc. a 116-year-old sock manufacturer. LongWater Opportunities acquired the sock manufacturer as an add-on for its portfolio company, Standard Merchandising Company, a New Jersey-based domestic manufacturer of socks and hosiery products.
Fox River Mills was advised by BCC Advisors, and the deal was a result of a connection made with them through Axial.
