Ignite Technologies, a portfolio company of ESW Capital, acquired ThinkVine in the fall of 2016.
Progress Partners, a Boston and New York-based M&A advisory firm, advised ThinkVine on the sale to Ignite Marketing Analytics (an affiliate of Ignite Technologies), a provider of SaaS and data solutions for enterprises. ThinkVine is a marketing attribution and optimization software business.
Progress Partners, an Axial member since 2011, privately shared the deal with ESW Capital in May of 2016. ESW has been an Axial member since 2015, and this deal was a result of the connection made between the two parties through Axial's private network.
