Hillstar Capital, a Dallas-based private equity firm in partnership with Ranch Creek Partners, LLC, acquired OneCor Services, LLC, a provider of environmental services (Jerry's Services) and acid blending to the oil and gas industry in the Bakken Shale. Additionally, True West Capital Partners provided debt and equity capital for the investment in OneCor. Jerry's Services, a subsidiary of OneCor Services, was advised by 41 North Partners, an investment bank focusing on corporate finance, M&A, and valuation & risk.
Hillstar received the deal on Axial in the spring of 2016.
