Founder M&A served as M&A advisor to Arrowhead Technologies in its acquisition by Transom Capital Group for its portfolio company, Secur-Serv. Arrowhead Technologies is a Fort Worth, Texas–based provider of managed IT and security services, known for its responsive support model, deep technical expertise, and focus on secure infrastructure for small- and mid-sized businesses.
The acquisition marks Secur-Serv’s fifth add-on acquisition under Transom’s ownership and expands the platform’s geographic footprint in the Southwest U.S. The transaction enhances Secur-Serv’s ability to deliver fast, responsive IT, cybersecurity, managed device, and related services, while providing Arrowhead customers access to expanded nationwide capabilities.
Transom Capital Group is a Los Angeles–based private equity firm focused on operationally driven middle-market investments. Secur-Serv, headquartered in Omaha, Nebraska, provides managed IT, cybersecurity, and technology services to organizations across the United States.
