Consolidated Investment Group (CIG), an investment group in Englewood, CO, acquired the assets of Sicilian Chefs, Inc. under the new name Caesar's Pasta, LLC, a producer of frozen, authentic Italian pastas and other specialties. Sicilian Chefs was advised by BMI Mergers & Acquisitions, and CIG connected with BMI through Axial, which resulted in the deal.   CIG purchased the assets of Sicilian Chefs Inc. to pursue the better-for-you market trends through the company's high quality gluten free and organic pastas.
