BASE Equity Partners, a private equity firm out of New York, NY, partnered with the CEO of ACT Lighting to invest in the company in 2014. ACT Lighting is the leading distributor of entertainment lighting control consoles, automated lighting fixtures, and related stage and structural equipment used in the concert touring, theatrical, and architectural industries. ACT's products can be seen at the highest profile live entertainment events and venues, including each of the top 10 grossing concert tours, the Super Bowl Halftime Show, and the Empire State Building. ACT currently has offices in Los Angeles, New York, and Toronto. This acquisition was the result of a connection made using Axial.
