On October 9, 2014, Full Circle Capital funded a $2.75 million senior secured credit facility to Ads Direct Media, Inc., an internet advertising agency, as a result of a connection made on Axial.
Maryland-based HighBank served as investment banker in the transaction.
Full Circle Capital lends to and invests in senior secured loans and, to a lesser extent, mezzanine loans and equity securities issued by smaller and lower middle-market companies that operate in a diverse range of industries.
