AdPerfect, a Canadian based SaaS Company for Newspaper Publishers, has been acquired by Lighthouse Equity Partners. Progress Partners, a Boston and New York-based advisory firm providing investment banking services to technology and media companies, served as the exclusive financial advisor to AdPerfect in its exit to Lighthouse Equity Partners, a Vancouver-based, entrepreneur-led search firm formed to identify and acquire a growing enterprise with approximately $10 - $35 million of revenue.
