Gibson Investment Group, a Private Equity Firm out of Southern California, has acquired IQ Logic, a provider of managed content and document services based in Irvine, California. The partnership represents an opportunity to accelerate IQ’s plans to capitalize on the substantial growth in the MCS & MDS industries.  The deal was sourced through Global Capital Markets, a boutique Investment Bank specializing in middle market transactions.
